Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1⁄2 cups (250 g) dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions

Instructions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with hone and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Gently fold in the raspberries, coating them evenly with the yogurt. Using a spoon, scoop small clusters (about 2–3 raspberries each) and place them onto a baking sheet lined with our paper.

Step 3

Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until the yogurt is completely set and firm.

Step 4

In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, stirring until smooth and glossy.

Step 5

Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer. Using a fork, dip each cluster into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Let the excess chocolate drip off, then place back on the our waxed paper

Step 6

Return the tray to the freezer for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate shell has hardened.

Step 7

These clusters are creamy, fruity, and perfectly balanced with the crunchy chocolate shell, perfect for those healthy cravings
