  • 1/2 cup tamari sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced Garlic
  • 1/4 minced Fresh Ginger
  • 1/4 minced Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 pounds chicken wings

Step 1

Blend all the marinade ingredients for one minute until well combined.

Step 2

Place the chicken wings in a container large enough to completely cover them with the marinade and refrigerate overnight. Reserve the remaining marinade.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup and to discard the marinade.

Step 4

Place the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil from the top of the baking sheet, drizzle the wings with more fresh marinade, and return them to the oven.
 

Step 5

Continue baking for another 20 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from the oven, garnish with chives, serve with jasmine rice, and enjoy with family or friends.
